Pyongyang’s strategy could be a ticking time bomb

Pretty much the whole world heaved a sigh of relief when North Korea’s latest missile test failed over the weekend, but the respite is only temporary: Pyongyang remains bent on causing trouble, and its ability to do so is rising.
Indeed, President Barack Obama told incoming President Trump that North Korea would be his top challenge.
Happily, Team Trump seems up to the job. It by most accounts has a serious, multi-pronged strategy for prodding the Kim regime into line — one that involves both diplomacy and serious threats of force.
