Dershowitz to Newsmax: Supreme Court Will 'Regret' Ruling on Trump's Taxes

Alan Dershowitz, a professor emeritus at Harvard Law School and one of this country's foremost authorities on the U.S. Constitution, believes the Supreme Court made an egregious error in permitting Congress to publicly release the tax returns of former President Donald Trump — without his authorization.
"I think it's a terrible, terrible precedent. The Supreme Court was wrong — all nine justices were wrong," Dershowitz told Newsmax Friday evening, while appearing on "Spicer & Co." with host Lyndsay Keith.
"[The Supreme Court] will come to regret this, and I predict they will reverse [the ruling], just the way they came to regret the [former President Bill] Clinton decision ... of requiring a sitting president of the United States to subject himself to a deposition regarding sexual allegations," said Dershowitz, who's also promoting his latest book, "The Price of Principle: Why Integrity Is Worth The Consequences."

Amid the release of year-end rankings of television networks showing declines for all of the alphabet companies — NBC, CBS, ABC — former President Donald Trump issued his latest "I told you so."
"Wow!!! So while Trump-hating CNN & MSNBC (MSDNC!) ratings are both at record lows, numbers that they have never seen before ('they're toast'), Fox News ratings are also way down because they never say 'Trump' or Truth, never talk about the rigged presidential election, and is a fake polling network," Trump wrote in a New Year's Eve post on Truth Social.
"Our giant MAGA base, much bigger than anyone knows, does not like watching Fox play their games. Their ratings will continue to sink. Make America Great Again!"
Trump post comes Forbes noted this month that "CNN and MSNBC both had their lowest-rated years in history."

But there's events on in every major city (and many smaller cities and towns) which don't need much planning. All you need to do is rock up.
Here's the big New Year's Eve events on in each major city in Australia.
Sydney
Sydney prides itself on its New Year's Eve celebrations more than any other event in the city.
From 8.30pm, projections will be made on the pylons of the Harbour Bridge ahead of the 9pm fireworks.
