Wealthy Chinese couples are implanting their embryos into American women so their children can be born as US citizens, The Post has learned.
The service is provided by a surrogacy agency, Patriot Conceptions, which operates between China and the US and has been accused of hiding details of who the biological parents are from surrogates.
Women who carry babies for the agency are recruited informally through social media and collect between $60,000 and $120,000 dollars for their services.

A header on the State Energy & Environmental Impact Center's website states that it is "historical material as it existed on August 31, 2026" and that it is "no longer updated and links to external websites and some internal pages may not work."
A page identifying members of the center's advisory board has also been removed.

Artificial intelligence will be at the forefront of the upcoming meeting between President Donald Trump and Chinese leader Xi Jinping, according to several sources familiar with the matter.
Beijing will be willing to discuss some risks arising from the rapidly developing technology but won’t share information that could give the United States an edge, as the regime views AI as a strategic asset and an area where it may be able to surpass the United States, some sources said.
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) leadership has put the full weight of the regime behind AI development in recent years, making it a pillar of China’s increasingly state-run economy. Beijing is particularly worried that the United States may impose additional restrictions on Chinese AI platforms, a source close to the Chinese establishment told The Epoch Times.

U.S.Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said on Sept. 21 that all of Iran’s airlines will be shut down across the globe on Sept. 23 as the United States targets Iran’s aviation sector.
“If they land, you cannot provide them with fuel, you cannot provide them with landing services, you cannot sell them tickets, or you will be knocked out of the dollar system,” Bessent said in a Sept. 21 interview with CNBC.
The United States will begin imposing secondary sanctions this week on foreign entities that continue to provide services to Iranian airlines, according to Bessent.
Bessent’s announcement comes nearly a month after the United States launched Operation Economic Outcast. Since the start of the operation, the U.S. government has imposed new sanctions against Iran. It has also targeted dozens of entities and individuals that serve as financial lifelines for Tehran in an effort to isolate Iran’s economy.

Arm every Aussie: A US Marine’s survival strategy to stop China

For the past 25 years, it has been my distinct pleasure to live in Australia since retiring from the United States Marine Corps. It requires only a modicum of historical knowledge to understand that Australia’s clearly strategic location in the South Pacific poses an existential threat to the Chinese Communist Party.
This location, as it did during World War II, offers an excellent intermediate staging base for mounting a coordinated defense or counterattack against any Chinese aggression. However, as a military professional, I see a failure of the Australian government, a generally complacent Australian population, and an ill-prepared Australian Defense Force capable of confronting this looming threat.
It doesn’t require a military genius to recognize that the best defense against a threat is readiness to adequately defend or offensively confront that threat. While it is not prudent to be openly hostile toward the Chinese, it is wise to be prepared for the worst and hope for the best. China is not likely to allow a replay of the successful WWII island-hopping Pacific campaign against the Japanese; therefore, Australia must demonstrate preparedness and a willingness to confront that threat.
FROM ‘KILL HER’ CHANTS TO BROKEN RIBS: AUSTRALIA’S TRUMP MOMENT IS HERE
Strength and readiness are always deterrents against aggression.
In the past, the Western world has been able to buy the battlefield in terms of time, distance, and money. However, in view of new and emerging technologies, we neither have the time, distance, nor money to adequately defend ourselves properly, unless we are proactive in appropriately preparing for the threat.
There are three issues that the Australians should actively confront nationally to improve their preparedness for the worst-case scenario.
First, the Australian government needs to:
1. Immediately establish an increased ADF funding stream that enables the rapid expansion of the force before the nation is confronted with a war with China.
2. Cancel any existing agreements with China that allow them control of Australian ports and/or facilities. Inviting the fox into the hen house is never a smart thing to do.
3. Seek a broad international agreement to establish and expand military training opportunities on Australian soil with external and regional allies.
Second, the Australian people should be organized into a civil-military organization — a home guard, if you will — that would complement and/or reinforce the active-duty ADF military establishment in time of war.

"Everybody knows the Crooked Joe Biden FBI didn't do what they should have with respect to the Lunatic who shot me in Butler, PA," Trump posted on Truth Social Tuesday morning.
It’s been more than two years since Donald Trump was shot at his campaign rally in Butler, Pa., and the president still has not been given a satisfactory answer for why 20-year-old Thomas Crooks came within a fraction of an inch of assassinating the then-candidate.
It sounds like Trump is angry about it — and he has every right to be.
“Everybody knows the Crooked Joe Biden FBI didn’t do what they should have with respect to the Lunatic who shot me in Butler, PA,” he posted Tuesday morning.
“By the time I got into Office, on January 20th, most of the information was missing, altered, corrupted, or gone.
“New info was just found! Why wasn’t it seen long ago?
“This was all a Democrat Plot, to get me out of the Election, that failed. Dirty Cop Christopher Wray [the director of the FBI at the time] should pay a price for the way he handled this assassination attempt, and certainly for the things he said.”
The White House confirmed the president’s “spray” was prompted by new information about Crooks (pictured at right on the day of the assassination attempt) extracted from the FBI by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and published exclusively in The Post that day.

Republicans are supporting President Trump’s ban on three left-leaning news outlets from the White House, arguing that Mr. Trump has been more accessible to the press than any other president and that President Biden did more to restrict press access.
U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Mike Waltz said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that Mr. Trump “is absolutely within his rights” to bar CNN, Politico and MS NOW from the White House if he believes those news organizations “are not behaving in good faith as journalists.”
House Majority Leader Steve Scalise, Louisiana Republican, brushed off concerns that Mr. Trump was restricting media access to the White House.
Mr. Trump has spent countless hours answering questions from dozens of media outlets inside and outside the White House, far surpassing any of his predecessors, Mr. Scalise said.
Many reporters have his cellphone number, and when they call, he answers.
“I don’t think we’ve had a president that’s been more open to the press,” Mr. Scalise said on ABC’s “This Week.”
Senate Majority Whip John Barrasso, Wyoming Republican, told NBC’s “Meet the Press” that the three-outlet ban does not violate the Constitution.
“The press has an obligation to report fairly. And the president doesn’t see it happening that way,” Mr. Barrasso said.

Republicans back Trump’s ban of liberal news outlets from White House

Republicans are supporting President Trump’s ban on three left-leaning news outlets from the White House, arguing that Mr. Trump has been more accessible to the press than any other president and that President Biden did more to restrict press access.
U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Mike Waltz said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that Mr. Trump “is absolutely within his rights” to bar CNN, Politico and MS NOW from the White House if he believes those news organizations “are not behaving in good faith as journalists.”
House Majority Leader Steve Scalise, Louisiana Republican, brushed off concerns that Mr. Trump was restricting media access to the White House.
Mr. Trump has spent countless hours answering questions from dozens of media outlets inside and outside the White House, far surpassing any of his predecessors, Mr. Scalise said.
Many reporters have his cellphone number, and when they call, he answers.
“I don’t think we’ve had a president that’s been more open to the press,” Mr. Scalise said on ABC’s “This Week.”
Senate Majority Whip John Barrasso, Wyoming Republican, told NBC’s “Meet the Press” that the three-outlet ban does not violate the Constitution.
“The press has an obligation to report fairly. And the president doesn’t see it happening that way,” Mr. Barrasso said.

President Donald Trump invited the public to vote on a new name to replace “artificial intelligence” on Saturday.
“Many people think that the words ‘Artificial Intelligence’ are inaccurate, and very ineloquent,” Trump said in a Truth Social post. “A far more eloquent and accurate description of this new phenomena would be Superior Intelligence (SI) or, Extreme Intelligence (EI) or, Supreme Intelligence (SI). This is a poll, and I would appreciate everybody voting! Which is the best name for this ever growing ‘Revolution?'”

Italy is among the European countries most exposed to migrant arrivals because of its central Mediterranean location, making migration a hot-button issue and a major challenge for successive governments.
The integration of migrants, particularly those from Muslim-majority countries, remains contentious in Italian politics and society. Debates over religious symbols, cultural integration, citizenship rules and immigration policy frequently polarize public opinion.

House China Committee Chairman John Moolenaar (R-Mich.) is urging President Donald Trump to resist concessions to Beijing at next week’s summit with China’s Xi Jinping.
In a Sept. 18 letter to the president, Moolenaar said the meeting should be used to “reassert and vigorously defend critical American interests,” with the expectation that China will “continue acting as an increasingly hardened adversary.”
The congressman urged Trump to press Xi on a range of issues, including China’s ties to Iran, U.S. arms sales to Taiwan, and Chinese automakers seeking access to the American market.
“As we know all too well, the [Chinese Communist Party] does not honor its commitments, and deals with the [People’s Republic of China] are only as good as our will to enforce them,” Moolenaar wrote.
Trump and Xi are scheduled to meet in Washington on Sept. 24, their second face-to-face meeting this year.

Italy and Spain on Sept. 15 extended their reciprocal border controls for another 15 days as the fallout from the Ceuta immigrant crisis continues.
Rome told the European Commission that the controls will run from Sept. 16 to Oct. 1, citing “high risks to internal security” and a possible terrorist-infiltration threat. Madrid said the original grounds still stand and that it will keep checking passengers from Italy until Oct. 8.
Tens of thousands of young men from Morocco entered the tiny Spanish exclave of Ceuta in North Africa between July 30 and July 31 in an unprecedented surge at one of the European Union’s only two land borders with Africa.
Rome’s government initially announced restrictions on Aug. 1, saying it wanted to make sure no illegal immigrants in Ceuta could travel on to Italy.

Policymakers in Washington have devoted enormous effort to confront threats posed by China, but what if the communist regime suddenly collapsed?
That’s a question raised by Miles Yu, director of the China Center at the Hudson Institute, in a recent op-ed in the Washington Times.
“The greatest strategic challenge posed by China may not be what happens if the Chinese Communist Party [CCP] succeeds, but what happens if it suddenly fails,” he wrote in the column published on Sept. 14.
Yu didn’t predict an imminent collapse or give any timeline for regime change. Instead, he highlighted that such scenario planning rarely appears in public discussion among Western policymakers.
“That is a dangerous failure of imagination,” Yu wrote.

Cuba’s failing power grid suffered a total collapse on the afternoon of Sept. 18, leaving the country of 10 million without power.
The grid experienced the collapse at 1:57 p.m. ET, according to the U.S. Embassy in Havana.
Cuba’s National Electrical Union (UNE) reported immediately after the failure that the cause was under investigation, with an unknown time until power restoration.
In a later update, authorities said the collapse was triggered by the failure of high-voltage transmission lines in central Cuba. According to independent Spanish-language news site cibercuba.com, which maintains a daily blackout dashboard, UNE also blamed unstable weather conditions as an aggravating factor.

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent will meet with China's Vice Premier He Lifeng on Sunday at JPMorgan Chase headquarters in New York to discuss AI security, trade and other economic issues, a person familiar with the planning said on Saturday.
The Manhattan meeting, coming days before President Donald Trump hosts Chinese President Xi Jinping at the White House in Washington on Thursday and Friday, is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. ET on Sunday, the person said.

President Trump’s new Greenland security deal comes just 17 days after a US-based company quietly closed a deal to purchase a Greenland mining company that would produce more than a third of the world’s rare earth magnet supply outside of China.
On Sept. 1, Greenland Mines, a NASDAQ listed US-aligned firm headquartered in North Carolina, closed a deal for the Sarfartoq Rare Earths Project in southwest Greenland.
The company announced that it planned to produce NdPr oxide – a compound of neodymium and praseodymium used in the manufacturing of magnets for EVs and wind turbines, as well as defense capabilities.
President Trump announced a new security deal Friday between the US, Greenland, and Denmark. The announcement comes just 17 days after a new rare earth mineral deal involving a US-based company.

It said it planned to produce about one-third of the amount refined globally outside of China, as the US and other world powers position for access to vital rare earth minerals.
The company says the project has an estimated value of $2.05 billion.
The preliminary acquisition of the Sarfartoq Rare Earths Project was first announced in May when it was valued at $35 million, and points to new potential economic ties between the US and Greenland.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has secured a major legal victory resulting in the closure of a Chinese birth tourism center that facilitated American citizenship to over 1,000 otherwise Chinese nationals.
Paxton’s office claims that the Houston-based birth tourism center focused its marketing on Chinese nationals, coaching them on how to evade American immigration law through opportunist visa applications to allow them to give birth to American citizens in Texas. The center, which spanned four properties across the Houston metro-area, has now ceased all operations.
“I will do everything in my power to stop foreign nationals from unlawfully exploiting our system through the same of ‘birth tourism,’” Paxton said in a press release. “This operation helped Chinese foreign nationals come to Texas to evade our laws. Now, we have shut it down.”

The Department of Justice (DOJ) on Sept. 18 announced charges against 16 people across seven states, alleging various election-related crimes.
The individuals are being accused of “unlawful voting by non-citizens in federal elections, false claims of citizenship to register or vote, and related offenses including wire fraud, naturalization fraud, passport fraud, and unlawful firearm purchases,” the DOJ said in a statement.
Eight individuals, all of them immigrants, have been charged in Texas. This includes seven lawful permanent residents and an illegal immigrant.
The illegal immigrant, Moises Anwar Arellano‑Alba, 36, from Mexico, is facing two charges of allegedly making a false statement of citizenship in order to register to vote and voting by an alien in a federal election.

Asked on Newsmax's "Saturday Report" whether the money flowing into Texas would make a difference in the midterms, Morris ran through the Senate map and said he expects Republicans to hold nearly every seat they are defending.

Trump signs Russia sanctions bill named after Lindsey Graham

President Donald Trump signed a bill into law on Friday that imposes a new round of sanctions against Russia amid its war with Ukraine.
The new law, formally known as the Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026, targets Russia’s energy sector by authorizing the president to impose up to 100% tariffs on countries purchasing Russian oil and natural gas. It sanctions Russian President Vladimir Putin and other Russian officials and entities as well, and also extends sanctions on Iran’s energy and weapons sectors.
The bill’s purpose is to apply economic pressure on Moscow by targeting resources that are needed to continue the war with Kyiv. The legislation was named after the late Sen. Lindsey Graham, who drafted the bill with help from Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) in the Senate.
An updated version was introduced by Sen. Darline Graham Nordone (R-SC), the younger sister of Graham who was appointed to his seat after he died of a heart condition in July. Graham had returned from a trip to Ukraine, where he met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, roughly 36 hours before he died unexpectedly.
Zelensky penned an X post after Trump signed the bill into law, recalling his last interaction with Graham while thanking the president for supporting it.

President Donald Trump will meet Venezuela’s interim president, Delcy Rodriguez, in New York on Tuesday, a senior U.S. official said Friday.
The meeting will mark the first time the two have stood in the same room since American forces pulled then-Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro out of Caracas in January and brought him to the United States to face federal drug trafficking and related charges.
The meeting will take place at a reception the U.S. president is hosting for leaders at the U.N. General Assembly.
Mike Waltz, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, laid out the details on a briefing call with reporters.

U.S. President Donald Trump on Friday announced that the United States entered into a security agreement with Denmark and Greenland to control security for the world’s largest island.
The agreement would give the United States “permanent control over security, and all other needs, in Greenland,” he wrote on Truth Social, a move the president described as one that would address the United States’ concerns.
“At my direction, we worked with representatives of Denmark and Greenland to guarantee that the United States will FOREVER have the complete ability to do what is necessary in Greenland in order to secure and defend the security of Greenland, and the United States of America,” the president’s post read.
“Additionally, from now on, no U.S. adversary can EVER have a base in Greenland, have a military presence in Greenland, or make sensitive investments in Greenland, without our express written approval.”

I have a good friend who is a deep-blue, East Coast urban progressive. I know that sounds odd, but there you are. He's a fan of MSNOW, and I'm a fan of chuffing him over the notion that every time he turns on their news programming, he's doubling their viewership. The overtly liberal/progressive media outlets haven't got the most stellar ratings in the world, and that's for sure and for certain.
Things for these outlets, like MSNOW, CNN, Politico, and the like, may be getting worse. President Donald Trump, on Friday, took to his Truth Social platform to announce he is barring several legacy media outlets from the White House, citing "fake news" as the reason, stating that they deal in "fiction and lies."
He may have a point.

President Donald Trump has been talking about Greenland for a while now.
It sounds like he may have just pulled off an incredible deal.
While the U.S. has had Pituffik Space Base and military access to the island under a defense agreement dating back to 1951, this deal appears to greatly expand our rights.
That's as we see fit, without having to get further approval, although we will let them know and consult with them.
On top of that, it's blocking out our enemies in what may be the most important part of the deal. This is what Trump really wanted.

It sounds like he may have just pulled off an incredible deal.

President Donald Trump struck a sweeping agreement with Denmark and Greenland this week granting the United States permanent military rights on the strategically placed Arctic island.
The U.S. will now have permanent access, basing and overflight rights in Greenland, and the ability to establish additional military installations as needed, according to a senior U.S. official who outlined the deal exclusively to Fox News Digital.
That's as we see fit, without having to get further approval, although we will let them know and consult with them.
On top of that, it's blocking out our enemies in what may be the most important part of the deal. This is what Trump really wanted.

The deal bars China, Russia and other non-NATO countries from establishing military bases or maintaining troops in Greenland. It also restricts adversaries from investing in sensitive sectors that could pose a threat to U.S. national security....
"This historic deal is a huge win for the United States and the American people," Secretary of State Marco Rubio told Fox News Digital. "Thanks to President Trump’s vision and leadership, this historic agreement permanently guarantees U.S. security interests in the Arctic at zero cost to the U.S. taxpayer."
"Greenland will forever be part of the strategic defense area of North America and exclude any adversary from it and the surrounding area," Rubio said. "This deal permanently and completely addresses our national security concerns in Greenland.

PastorJohn Cao, a U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident from North Carolina, completed every day of a seven-year sentence in a Chinese prison for building schools and delivering humanitarian aid to impoverished children along the China-Burma border.

He has now waited more than two and a half years for Beijing to allow him to come home to his family in the United States — and this year, doctors gave him a diagnosis that turns that wait into something closer to a death sentence: Stage 4 cancer.

Under Article 14 of China’s Passport Law, authorities may withhold a released prisoner’s passport for up to three years (March 5, 2027) — but nothing requires a wait that long. Issuing Cao’s passport is not a political concession. It is a humanitarian act entirely consistent with China’s own law.

PastorJohn Cao, a U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident from North Carolina, completed every day of a seven-year sentence in a Chinese prison for building schools and delivering humanitarian aid to impoverished children along the China-Burma border.
But when he was finally released on March 5, 2024, he was still not free to return home. He has now waited more than two and a half years for Beijing to allow him to come home to his family in the United States — and this year, doctors gave him a diagnosis that turns that wait into something closer to a death sentence: Stage 4 cancer.

Under Article 14 of China’s Passport Law, authorities may withhold a released prisoner’s passport for up to three years (March 5, 2027) — but nothing requires a wait that long. The statute gives officials discretion to issue a passport after just six months, but they haven’t, despite multiple requests by Pastor Cao.
In the years Cao has spent trapped in China, his sons have grown into adulthood; his youngest son married without his father present. He has a grandchild he has never met. Welcome back to the "Stream of Kurtiousness!" I'm in Tennessee recording for Jeremy Boering, formerly of the Daily Wire. It feels like America here, let me tell you. Everybody is nice, it's extremely clean, and everyone seems happy and healthy. People believe I'm crazy for thinking Republicans will have 52-55 Senate seats after the midterms, even though polling suggests a very different result. The challenge Republicans face is getting people who don't always vote out to the polls. With all the money that is about to be spent on these races, I think we'll be able to remedy that problem. Economic issues like high gas prices would be so much worse if Democrats were in power. After all, they want to end drilling altogether! Nobody is motivated to vote for stagnation and impeachment hearings, and that's all that Democrats would deliver. Democrats would rather mutilate children or kidnap children, as they did in Massachusetts, which is a whole lot more dangerous than whatever Bo French tweets!
