Inside the Oval Office, Joe Biden is convinced that "our economy has gone from being on the mend to being on the move."

What Biden doesn’t see from his view at 1600 Pennsylvania is that our economy is moving in the wrong direction.

Under Biden’s watch, the worst inflation in 40 years has forced rent and fuel prices to their highest point in history and our economy to shrink for the first time since the early stages of the pandemic.

Florida Gov. DeSantis Hopes Reelection Will Flip State Red

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis says he hopes to flip his state to a solid red with his reelection and substantial wins in the coming election.

“I think that after the election, my goal would be, if we win the election really big, people like you who analyze these things are gonna say, 'The days of Florida being a swing state are over.' Florida is a red state, and I think that's because of a lot of what we've done,” he said on The Truth with Lisa Boothe podcast, released on Monday.

Florida has historically been a swing state in presidential elections. President Joe Biden lost to former President Donald Trump in 2020 by 375,000 voters and, in 2016, Trump beat Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton by just 112,911 votes out of the millions cast.

Apple Hit With EU Antitrust Charge Over Its Payment Technology

Monday, 02 May 2022 06:54 AM

EU antitrust regulators charged Apple on Monday with restricting rivals' access to its NFC chip technology in a move that could result in a hefty fine for the iPhone maker and force it to open its mobile payment system to competitors.

The European Commission said it had sent a charge sheet known as a statement of objections to Apple, detailing how the company had abused its dominant position in markets for mobile wallets on iOS devices.

"We have indications that Apple restricted third-party access to key technology necessary to develop rival mobile wallet solutions on Apple's devices," EU antitrust chief Margrethe Vestager said in a statement.

"In our statement of objections, we preliminarily found that Apple may have restricted competition, to the benefit of its own solution Apple Pay," she said.

The Republican Party is on the verge of a massive victory in the midterm congressional elections. American voters are utterly disgusted with the disastrous Biden administration.

President Joe Biden, his cabinet of progressive misfits and the congressional Democrat leadership have made everything in this country much worse in the span of just fifteen months in power.

Most importantly, our economy is in shambles. Biden inherited a strong economy that was recovering from the COVID-19 pandemic. Instead of building on President Donald Trump’s successes, Biden moved in the opposite direction.

Massive spending bills were passed which added trillions of dollars to our national debt. While jobs are being created in our economy, American wages are not keeping pace with inflation, which registered a devastating 8.5% rate last month.

Russia Threatens to Nuke Britain, France, and Germany

Russia threatened a dramatic escalation of its war in Ukraine Thursday when Russia’s Channel One featured a video depicting Russian missiles reaching Berlin, Paris, and London.

According to the UK’s Express, Channel One’s 60 Minutes program, one of the most popular TV shows in Russia, featured “the chairman of the nationalist Rodina party, Aleksey Zhuravlyov,” who “suggested Russia could launch a Sarmat missile attack on the UK.” This was not, however, Zhuravlyov’s eccentric view: “Producers then cut to a map of Kaliningrad and seemed to suggest that missiles could be launched from the Russian enclave between Poland, Lithuania and the Baltic Sea.”

Criminal Case Against Trump Fully Collapses as Liberals Struggle to Cope

Some months ago, news that the criminal case against Donald Trump in Manhattan was in trouble broke. The prosecution’s top two prosecutors resigned in protest because current DA Alvin Bragg, a far-left Democrat, refused to play into their lawfare fantasies of taking a losing case into the courtroom.

Later, a sympathetic report from The New York Times exposed just how far they were willing to go in their push for political retribution. They claimed that not charging Trump, despite the lack of evidence, would put them on “the wrong side of history” — while also proclaiming it a “righteous case that ought to be brought.” Given the power that prosecutors hold, it’s scary to think that people like that populate district attorney offices across the nation. They can ruin your life over a grudge and not even blink. Bragg, despite having run on nuking Trump, recognized that things had gone too far.

Still, the grand jury in the case remained empaneled, and several weeks after the resignations, fresh rumblings from the DA’s office gave the left new hope. That has now expired, though, with the grand jury ending, no charges being filed, and no reason to think it will be reconvened.

The United States is the "greatest nation on Earth" but it's "softening" under President Joe Biden's policies, at a time when the hostilities in Ukraine are bringing a threat of a global food crisis, Goya Foods CEO Robert Unanue tells Newsmax.

And, Unanue said on Newsmax's "Stinchfield" Friday night, that he's not angry that the administration is blaming the nation's climbing food prices on farmers and ranchers, but said he's "extremely disappointed" in such claims.

"When Joe Biden was campaigning, he charged that 'they're' going to put you all in chains, and basically, that's what he's done to us,' Unanue said. "We're under a type of slavery because we depend on others."

Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign flooded mainstream media outlets with "unverified derogatory information" about President Donald Trump that led to an investigation into the false Russian collusion narrative, Special Counsel John Durham said in court documents filed earlier this week, Just the News reports.

In the days after Clinton associates Christopher Steele and Michael Sussmann approached the FBI in Sept. 2016 with dirt that would spur the Russiagate probe, the campaign's opposition research firm sent some of the same information to New York Times journalists.

"Gents good to see you yesterday," a Fusion GPS executive wrote to New York Times reporters. "Sounded like you might be interested in some of the attached russia-related material. these are internal, open source research drafts, as agreed, pls treat this as background/not for attribution. as you'll see it's all easily replicated anyway."

U.S. Sen. Rand Paul promised Saturday to wage a vigorous review into the origins of the coronavirus if Republicans retake the Senate and he lands a committee chairmanship.

Speaking to supporters at a campaign rally, the libertarian-leaning Kentucky Republican denounced what he sees as government overreach in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. He applauded a recent judge’s order that voided the federal mask mandate on planes and trains and in travel hubs.

"Last week I was on an airplane for the first time in two years and didn’t have to wear a mask,” he said, drawing cheers from the partisan crowd. “And you know what I saw in the airport? I saw at least 97% of the other free individuals not wearing masks.”
