Suspected China hackers hit U.S. Government systems again.

CLEVELAND,Ohio-- The U.S. won the Cold War against the Soviet Union, but it's losing the Cyber War against China, Russia and North Korea. The most devastating cyber battlefield loss coming with the recent theft of data on over 14 million current and retired federal workers, including military and intelligence personnel.

The cyber attack on the Office of Personnel Management and the Interior Department is suspected of being the work of Chinese hackers, for primarily espionage purposes. The attack followed a November 2014 breach at the DHS that impacted an estimated 12,000 employees.

China has denied any role in the hack attack. And former Spokane NAACP president Rachel Dolezal denies being a white woman.

Security clearances for nearly all government employees are conducted by the Office of Personnel Management, which is the government's human resources department. Prospective employees requiring security clearance must fill out Standard Form 86. The exhaustive form requires information on family members and even former roommates. According to The Atlantic, an applicant will list their social security number multiple times in filling out the document.

Hackers now have a list of just about every U.S. intelligence operative. They have access to emails from which they can glean intel. They have access to financial accounts that they can drain or use for blackmail purposes.

According to The New York Times, a November inspector general's report warned that the OPM's cyber security system was a "Chinese hackers dream." Before that report was even issued, the hackers' dreams were already coming true with the successful November breach, which just set the stage for the far more devastating attack revealed this month.

Imagine what someone like Hitler would do with SS hackers in the cyber age. Right now ISIS is using their tech savvy on social media recruitment campaigns. What happens if they decide to start hacking computers with the same ruthless vengeance they hack human heads?

The U.S. cyber security wall needs to match The Great Wall of China. Instead it matches a white picket fence.
