Trump takes victory lap after House passes health care bill

President Trump reveled in victory after scoring the first major legislative win of his presidency Thursday when the House voted to repeal and replace ObamaCare.
“Let’s say how good this plan is. We don’t have to talk about this unbelievable victory, wasn’t it unbelievable? We don’t have to say it again. But it’s going to be an unbelievable victory when we get it through the Senate,” the president giddily declared at a Rose Garden celebration, surrounded by beaming cabinet members and GOP lawmakers.
