Rex Tillerson Stresses Unity in Speech to State Department Employees

WASHINGTON—Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said that State Department officials are entitled to express their opinions, but urged the diplomats to work together and use their skills to adapt to a changing world.
In his first speech to State Department employees, Mr. Tillerson said Thursday that “we cannot let our personal convictions overwhelm our ability to work as one team.”
