Aleppo Evacuations Suspended Rebels, city residents and the regime trade blame for the interruption

The operation to evacuate civilians and rebels from the last rebel-held neighborhoods of Aleppo was suspended early Friday, with the Syrian regime, rebels and residents trading blame for the interruption.
