EXCLUSIVE: New Records Cast Doubt On Hunter Biden’s Claim He Finally Divested From Chinese Private Equity Firm

* Hunter Biden’s attorney told The New York Times on Saturday his client no longer holds any interest in his personal LLC that holds a 10% stake in a Chinese private equity firm.
* But Chinese business records continue to state as of Wednesday afternoon that Hunter Biden’s personal company, Skaneateles LLC, holds a 10% stake in the Bank of China co-owned private equity firm, BHR Partners.
* And business records obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation show that Hunter Biden remains the only listed governor and beneficial owner of Skaneateles LLC.
Hunter Biden no longer holds any interest in his personal LLC or the Chinese private equity firm BHR Partners, his attorney told The New York Times on Saturday, but new records obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation cast doubt on the claim.
