Jobs are always a hot election issue, and for stable, good-paying jobs, you need a robust manufacturing sector. The United States is once more becoming a country that makes things, that builds, and the evidence of that is roaring in. CNBC's Rick Santelli has some of those numbers, and they are encouraging.
