Relatives of Terrorist Attack Victims Sue Facebook
The lawsuit blames the social media giant for facilitating the attack by Hamas.

Relatives of terror attack victims are suing Facebook for $1 billion in damages, accusing the social media giant of making it easier for the terrorist group Hamas to operate.
The lawsuit (Avni v. Facebook) was filed over the weekend in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. “For years, Hamas, its leaders, spokesmen, and members have openly maintained and used official Facebook accounts with little or no interference,” the plaintiffs stated.
