Rep. Jimmy Patronis, R-Fla., described it as, "digital fentanyl" that's "preying on our kids." 

In Los Angles, Califormia - public school teachers there reported that it distracted students.

Attorneys are suing over how harmful the addiction is and the risks it poses to youth.
