Rep. James Comer to Newsmax: Senate Stalling Trump's Agenda

House Republicans have joined President Donald Trump in expressing frustration with the GOP-led Senate over the SAVE America Act, House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chair James Comer, R-Ky., told Newsmax on Friday.

Appearing on Newsmax's "Wake Up America," Comer said the House has delivered on Trump's legislative agenda, while the Senate has failed to advance key conservative priorities before lawmakers leave Washington for the August recess.

"The House has done its job," Comer said.

"We've passed the entire agenda that President Trump has put in front of us. Everything we've passed with respect to the top items on the president's agenda currently reside collecting dust in the Senate."
