Behold a unicorn: accountability in government. Attorney General William Barr said Monday he is demoting the acting head of the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Mr. Barr’s announcement doesn’t mention Jeffrey Epstein’s death in custody two weeks ago, but that’s the clear subtext.
