Judge tosses lawsuit accusing Facebook of spying on users

Wary Facebook users aren’t going to “like” this.
A judge has tossed out a lawsuit accusing the social media giant of spying on its users’ activity even after they’ve logged out.
The plaintiffs in the California federal court suit claimed Facebook stored cookies on their browsers that tracked when they visited other sites with “like” buttons – in violation of state and federal privacy and wiretapping laws.
