US election: Why hasn't Hillary Clinton claimed victory?

Hillary Clinton has all-but won the Democratic presidential candidate race, with Associated Press saying they've confirmed she has the number of delegates needed to clinch the nomination.

That's good news for her, right? Well it is, but the former secretary of state is shying away from claiming victory saying they "still have work to do".
Here's a look at what AP's "presumptive nominee" declaration means and why Mrs Clinton might be cautious.
