FBI Seeks Secret Declaration In Hillary Clinton Probe

The FBI is desperately trying to keep its probe into Hillary Clinton‘s private email server under wraps.
Investigators have asked a federal judge for permission to file a second secret declaration in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit. VICE News filed the lawsuit against the FBI in an attempt to see what was in Clinton’s email server, along with the correspondence between the Bureau and the State department.
“These details supplement defendant’s showing that it conducted a reasonable search, but cannot be disclosed on the public record without compromising information that the FBI seeks to protect,” the department said on Monday.
