The former Hillary Clinton aide who could bring down her campaign once and for all will be testifying against his former boss this week, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Bryan Pagliano has been a key figure in the Clinton email scandal, as it is believed that he was the one who helped set up Clinton’s private email server. In March, it was reported that Pagliano, who was an IT specialist with the State Department when Clinton was secretary of state, previously pleaded the fifth at several house committees on the topic.
His previously scheduled testimony was delayed when his lawyers told a federal court that he would be exercising his Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination, which allows for the refusal to answer questions. The IT expert will now be deposed on Wednesday, however.

But, according to TheHill.com, Pagliano’s silence could be incriminating for Clinton. In civil cases like this, judges can draw conclusions based on the decision to remain silent. Pagliano’s refusal to answer questions will could increase the odds that Clinton herself will be deposed.
