Russian warship fail

A Russian warship was almost destroyed when a missile launch test went wrong.

People lined up on the shore filming Russia's Navy Day, in Sevastopol in the "newly liberated" Crimea region.

Two missiles flew out just missing the ship by a few metres.

A huge burst of flames and a giant smoke cloud came out the the warship's side in a demonstration gone wrong.

We all love a good military or police fail here are some of the most embarrassing law enforcement gaffes.

A police officer left red-faced

This Mexican policeman lost control of a zip-line during a skills demonstration.
