House Speaker Mike Johnson invited President Trump to address both chambers of Congress, which would mark his first speech to lawmakers as commander-in-chief in four years.

Mr. Johnson, Louisiana Republican, set the date for Mr. Trump to address a joint session of Congress on March 4, 10 days ahead of a fast-approaching deadline to fund the government.

“America’s Golden Age has begun,” Mr. Johnson wrote. “Thanks to your strong leadership and bold action in the first days of your presidency, the United States is already experiencing a resurgence of patriotism, unity, and hope for the future.”
