Donald Trump Opens NY Stock Exchange As TIME Names Him Person of the Year

TIME Magazine has named presidential election winners the Person of the Year since 2000, and this year is no exception. President-elect Donald Trump has once again been honored with this title, appearing on this month's cover, just as he did following his 2016 victory. Trump celebrated this recognition by ringing the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday. This marks the first time the iconic New York real estate mogul rang the opening bell, according to the AP.
