Hospital urged to drop Zuckerberg name after Facebook controversies

A San Francisco politician is trying to get Mark Zuckerberg’s name removed from a local hospital, citing Facebook’s recent slew of scandals.
In 2015, after Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, donated $75 million, San Francisco General Hospital rebranded itself the Priscilla Chan and Mark Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center.
But this week, San Francisco supervisor Aaron Peskin asked the city to “outline the procedure for the removal of the Zuckerberg name” from the facility, according to a report in Business Insider.
