ROOKE: Trump Admin Sends Much Needed Lifeline To American Farmers Just In Nick Of Time

The Trump Administration has been very clear that its tariff policy will bring short-term pain to Americans for a long-term gain, but that doesn’t mean it plans to leave workers and farmers to shoulder the suffering alone.
President Donald Trump announced on Dec. 8 that his administration will be using tariff revenues to provide a critical lifeline to hardworking farmers facing temporary disruptions and lingering high costs through the $12 billion Farmer Bridge Assistance (FBA) Program.
Trump’s bold use of tariffs is a necessary tool to level the playing field against unfair trade practices, particularly from China, which has long dumped subsidized goods, stolen intellectual property, and manipulated its currency to undercut American workers and farmers.
