Massie Grills Garland on Whether He 'Perjured Himself' re: J6 Informants, as Blockbuster Info Drops

The former head of the FBI Washington Field Office has provided some blockbuster information to the House Judiciary Committee.
The FBI had so many paid informants at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, that it lost track of the number and had to perform a later audit to determine exactly how many “Confidential Human Sources” run by different FBI field offices were present that day, a former assistant director of the bureau has told lawmakers. At least one informant was communicating with his FBI handler as he entered the Capitol, according to Steven D’Antuono, formerly in charge of the bureau’s Washington field office.
So not only did you have multiple informants, but they had so many they lost track of who they had present from various other offices in the country. That's a big confirmation when the FBI has avoided answering this question for some time. I reported in January 2022 how FBI official Jill Sanborn refused to answer that question when Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) asked her about the general subject and Ray Epps.
As we reported, Attorney General Merrick Garland testified before the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday. He was nailed big time when it comes to his prior testimony before Congress about the authority that the U.S. Attorney from Delaware, David Weiss, had in his probe of Hunter Biden before he was appointed Special Counsel on the matter.
Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) grilled Garland on the question of informants who were present at the Capitol on Jan. 6 and his prior testimony on the matter. Massie asked him, "How many agents or assets of the government were present on January 5th and January 6th and agitating in the crowd to go into the Capitol, and how many went into the Capitol? Can you answer that now?"
