The former long-service White House physician tripled down on his claims that President Joe Biden’s mental capabilities are failing on Wednesday, calling him childlike just hours after revealing in a new biography that former President Barack Obama scolded him for his diagnosis of the current president.

In three tweets following the leak of Obama’s note to him, Rep. Ronny Jackson, who was White House doctor to Obama and Presidents George W. Bush and Donald Trump, said it’s time that someone step in to replace Biden.

“At this point, Biden’s cognitive function is comparable to a child’s. He has NO IDEA where he is, what he’s doing, or what he’s saying. HE CAN’T EVEN READ OFF A TELEPROMPTER! This is tragic. Biden needs to resign or the cabinet needs to step in. This has gone TOO FAR!” tweeted Jackson, a Texas Republican.
