Trudeau Is Already Threatening Civil Liberties With His Power Grab

Many people have been justifiably concerned about Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau invoking the Emergencies Act , which has never been used since it was enacted in 1988.
It conveys upon him vast powers to crush the protest (or any other dissent), allowing him to freeze and seize bank accounts and vehicles of anyone connected with the protest, and to ban public assembly or restrict travel.
How far does it go? It allows the government to force tow truck drivers who have been refusing to cooperate with the government in going after the protesters,
