Trump: ‘Supreme Court must come to the RESCUE OF AMERICA’

President Trump unleashed scathing posts about the Supreme Court, chiding its Friday decision to halt his deportations of alleged illegal gang members to El Salvador.
The president also suggested the justices are being played by the “radical left” in the attempt to halt his order ending birthright citizenship, a dispute over which the justices heard oral arguments on Thursday.
“The Supreme Court must come to the RESCUE OF AMERICA,” the president posted on his Truth Social account.
He shared a post by Mike Davis, president of the Article III Project, which said the Supreme Court set dangerous precedent when it said the Trump administration was not giving migrants adequate due process notice before deporting them.
The White House gave 24 hours’ notice, which the justices said didn’t “pass muster.”
“Let’s get this straight: Obama can drone-strike Americans. But Trump can’t repel foreign terrorists. Biden can import over 10 million illegal aliens. But Trump can’t send them home without years of court process. The American people never agreed to this. Not at our founding. Not after the Civil War. Not anytime since then. Certainly not in the last election. The Supreme Court is heading down a perilous path,” Mr. Davis posted on Truth Social.
A majority of the court blocked the president’s use of the Alien Enemies Act to boot the suspected gang members.
The justices, in an unsigned ruling, said the Department of Homeland Security wanted to give less than 24 hours between the time the migrants were notified of their pending deportation and their removal from the U.S. The court said that does not “pass muster.”
