United States citizens and world leaders alike are judging President Joe Biden’s abrupt withdrawal from Afghanistan as more of an unconditional surrender to a terror organization than an orderly withdrawal of forces. Dean Cheng, senior research fellow at The Heritage Foundation’s Asian Studies Center said it "continues to undermine the image of American capability and competency."
