Time to start making North Korea pay for its broken promises

North Korea is in full retreat from dictator Kim Jong Un’s promises to President Trump after their sitdown last month.

The latest move (or non-move) was the North’s failure to show up at the DMZ Thursday for talks on repatriating remains of Americans killed in the Korean War.

That followed news from Korean peninsula watchdog 38 North that construction is continuing “at a rapid pace”at the Yongbyon Nuclear Scientific Research Center — though the Trump-Kim accord called for swift movements toward “complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.”
