BREAKING: DA Makes Decision on Whether to Charge Paul Pelosi

We’ve been following closely the case of Paul Pelosi, the husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), who was arrested for driving under the influence after crashing his Porsche into another car in May in Napa County, California.
We noted that there were some strange questions about the case including the four-hour gap between the time he was arrested and the time he was booked and the fact that the body cam and other information had not been released. But the biggest question we had was: would he be charged at all? The local D.A. seemed to raise the possibility last week that he might not be, when her office said that they were still considering the question.
Now we have an answer to that second question because he was just charged with driving under the influence of alcohol causing injury, and driving with .08 percent blood alcohol level.
