ANALYSIS/OPINION:


March 4th was the “insurrection” that never came.

Based on fringe Internet chatter, leaders of the House of Representatives were convinced that pro-Trump protesters were going descend on the U.S. Capitol and overtake them — so much so that they cancelled Thursday’s session and fled to their home districts.

What a bunch of bull. Political theater at its absolute worst — and with no end in sight.
