Why aren't Democrats embarrassed to have anticipated rioting by liberal voters as if they're third-world citizens?

Everything needed to know about the character of the Democratic Party can be best summed up by their absolute apathy about the likelihood that their voters were ready to engage in mass violence if the election didn't go their way.
It's the very same attitude as the leading Black Lives Matter rioters who saw the wild looting taking place and said, "Anything they want to take, take it, because these businesses have insurance."
In the minds of Democrats, there is nothing at all shocking or even noteworthy about major cities in the United States, a would-be civilized democracy, boarded up like we're prepared for war. Where I live in downtown Washington, D.C., looks like Sudan, and Democrats say nothing.
When did it become acceptable for liberals to act this way? It doesn't help that they excuse it in the stupidest ways.
