Poland’s Nationalist President Duda Narrowly Wins Second Term
The result was the closest of any election in Poland’s modern history

WARSAW—Poland’s nationalist President Andrzej Duda narrowly defeated his liberal challenger to clinch a second term, a razor-thin election whose results spoke to the European country’s intense political polarization.
With tallies in from 99.7% of polling stations, 51.21% of the vote went to Mr. Duda, who is backed by the nationalist-conservative Law and Justice party, the country’s National Electoral Commission said Monday.
