Nikki Haley Dings Obama’s Iran Policy: ‘We Must Not Make That Mistake Again’ [VIDEO]

'The people of Iran are crying out for freedom...'
Nikki Haley kicked off 2018 by telling the United Nations exactly what America’s place in the world will be this coming year.
Haley is known for not mincing words and took yet another bold stance against the global governing body Tuesday, with specific references to the recent protests in Iran.
She noted that “dozens have already been killed,” before harkening back to the failed Green Revolution in the first year of the Obama presidency. In 2009, the Green Revolution saw thousands of protesters in Iran taking to the streets to contest the recent reelection of president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. The protesters reached out to the Obama state department for support but were met with silence from the administration. The Revolution was ultimately put down viciously with many deaths and arrests.
“We must not be silent,” the United States’ Ambassador to the U.N. stated. “The people of Iran are crying out for freedom. All freedom loving people must stand with their cause.”
