Trump brands Asia trip a $300 billion success

President Trump gave his tour of five Asian nations a rave review, saying it was a “tremendously successful trip” that netted the US “at least $300 billion” in deals.
“We’ve had a tremendously successful trip. Tremendous amounts of work was done on trade, not only on the deals — and we have at least $300 billion worth of deals, but that will be, I think, way triple that number in a fairly short period of time,” the president said Tuesday aboard Air Force One as he flew from the Philippines to Hawaii.
Trump also elaborated on a tweet he posted earlier Tuesday, saying that after his meetings with Asian leaders, they know “the rules have changed.”
