Syria conflict: UN urges humanitarian access in Homs

The Syrian conflict is continuing in Damascus with fierce fighting between the army and rebels.
At least 13 people have been killed in the district of Qaboon, reports say.
There are also reports of renewed attacks on the city of Homs.
