Despite the Infighting, the Worry, and the Media's Best Efforts, Trump Still Gains Popularity

I can't help but wonder how often Democrats sit at the computers or stare at their phones in stunned silence as they attempt to wrap their heads around why Donald Trump can't seem to lose, even when his own party seems at odds with what he's doing.
As our sister site PJ Media recently covered on Thursday, Trump's popularity continues to rise steadily, even as a battle over tariffs continues to divide Republicans. There doesn't even seem to be post-election regret as Kamala Harris's numbers continue to sink just as fast as Trump's rise:
New data from Think American News shows that if the election were held today, Trump would not only defeat Harris again, but he would win by an even bigger margin than his November victory.
According to EyesOver's analysis, Trump now commands an impressive 56.36% support compared to Harris's pitiful 43.64%. These numbers completely destroy the mainstream media's narrative that Trump is somehow losing his base, a fairy tale they've been desperately trying to sell to the American people Trump took office.

Think America News CEO Chris Wilson added that "President Trump's support remains not only solid but is growing, while Kamala Harris is not receiving the typical post-election nostalgia that often accompanies a losing candidate." This has to be jaw-dropping to Democrats, but perhaps they shouldn't be too surprised. The fact that Harris's numbers aren't even growing tells a story.
For starters, it's important to remember that the majority of America voted for Trump, and he was very open and honest about what kind of president he was going to be. This includes enacting tariffs, a touchy subject between many sectors of the political spectrum. But the truth is, as Douglas Murray told Piers Morgan on his show, "this is literally what people voted for."
