Elite Hypocrisy on Display at Glasgow Climate Summit

President Biden and other world leaders are gathered in Glasgow, Scotland this week for a United Nations summit on climate change. It's basically a self-flagellation ceremony for the leaders of the world to traverse from their respective countries around the globe in order to talk about how evil carbon emissions are and what they're going to do to supposedly save the world.
From what can be seen at the climate change confab, though, these world leaders shouldn't be lecturing citizens of the world about how they can adjust their habits to save the planet.
For one, there's the SUVs and other vehicles that make up dignitaries' gas-guzzling motorcades. We're talking about a lot of cars, the likes of which Democrats and leftist climate radicals say are problematic and need to be replaced by bicycles or electric-only vehicles.

There are so many vehicles for the dozens of world leaders assembled that the motorcades are piled up along the streets of Glasgow. And because they have to be ready to roll out at any moment, apparently, many have their engines idling... something else climate activists say commoners aren't supposed to do.

White House aide Navarro sought blue-ribbon panel on virus origin to boost re-election bid

President Trump, before the 2020 election, considered setting up a blue-ribbon panel of experts to study the origin of the COVID-19 pandemic along with seeking as much as $10 trillion in reparations from Beijing for the damage, according to a book by former White House aide Peter Navarro.
The effort, which included a draft executive order, was scuttled by Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and White House economic adviser Larry Kudlow. They persuaded Mr. Trump to reject the commission over fears that the inquiry would cause stock markets to crash or trigger a war with China, Mr. Navarro contends in his book, “In Trump Time,” being published Tuesday.
Mr. Navarro explained how he lined up key players inside the White House to support setting up a commission to publish a report on the virus’ origin before the presidential election, holding China accountable for the global outbreak. The commission’s interim report would be released two months before the November election in a bid to sway voters to back Mr. Trump‘s reelection, he stated.

‘Sleepy Joe’: Trump mocks Biden dozing at climate summit ‘for all the world to see’

President Biden appeared to fall asleep Monday while listening to a speech at the U.N. climate conference, drawing a jab from the man who dubbed him “Sleepy Joe.”
Former President Trump had a laugh at Mr. Biden’s expense after a video circulated showing the president closing his eyes for about 20 seconds as he sat through opening remarks at the U.N. Conference of the Parties, better known as COP26, in Glasgow, Scotland.
“Biden went to Europe saying Global Warming is his highest priority, and then promptly fell asleep, for all the world to see, at the Conference itself. Nobody that has true enthusiasm and belief in a subject will ever fall asleep!” said Mr. Trump in a statement.
Mr. Biden opened his eyes after another man, presumably an aide, approached and began talking to him.

President Joe Biden appeared to be struggling to stay awake during the opening statements at Monday’s United Nations Conference on Climate Change (COP26).
Biden was captured on video nodding slightly and blinking for several seconds at a time, prompting the Washington Post’s Zach Purser Brown to ask whether the president was dozing off during the early moments of the conference. President Joe Biden appeared to doze off Monday during opening remarks at the COP26 climate change conference in Scotland.
The president closed his eyes for some 22 seconds before an aide roused him, though he was caught on camera in a moment that went viral on social media.
Biden, 78, appeared to fall asleep as Eddie Ndopu, a disability rights activist, warned that global warming threatened “our ability to grow food and even to survive.”
“I call on you to commit to concrete actions to stop the destruction of this magnificent planet. This conference is one of the most important meetings in history,” Ndopu continued.
Biden’s eyes remained closed.

While you are paying exorbitant amounts for gas and home heating, the world’s elites took to their private jets today to save the “climate.” In what has been a stunning display of hypocrisy, massive motorcades led to the meeting hall as chauffeured cars sat idling outside.

In fact, Joe Biden is reported to have been part of an 85-car parade leading him to the opening day. But those poor people burning dung in Africa better cut their emissions or we are all going die. Makes sense, right?

As I wrote yesterday, this entire thing is a joke. The administration has admitted that they have no commitments from China (or India). What that means is that everything going on at the COP26 is pure theater because without China on board, the IPCC’s goals simply can’t be met.
And as if to confirm my assertion, Joe Biden appeared to fall asleep today during the opening speeches. Ladies and gentlemen, The President of the United States.

Spare Us the Fake Outrage Over ‘Let’s Go Brandon,’ You Feckless Hypocrites

It is amazing that the “Let’s go, Brandon” phenomenon is still being hotly debated on social media and the airwaves. Activist media outlets and their employees have been losing their collective minds over the chant, which became a sensation after a so-called reporter at a NASCAR event tried to convince viewers that the audience was chanting “Let’s go, Brandon,” when they were really chanting “F*ck Joe Biden.”
RedState’s Bonchie pointed out how members of the activist media were upset at the crude comments about their dear leader. The Washington Post posted a piece whining about Biden critics using the chant to express their disdain for his presidency. Taxpayer-funded NPR posted a helpful report explaining that “Let’s go, Brandon,” is something conservatives are using “in place of a more vulgar message directed at President Biden.”

Jon Cooper, former campaign chair for former President Barack Obama, along with many others, went crazy when a Southwest Airlines pilot reportedly said “Let’s Go, Brandon” over the intercom. He posted a tweet encouraging others to pressure the company to fire the pilot.

These people have gone so far as to refer to parents protesting at school board meetings as “domestic terrorists,” and have even colluded with Biden’s Department of Justice to target them. Moreover, they have tried to paint the right as being the same as the thugs who stormed the U.S. Capitol building on Jan. 6.
In short, the people who are clutching their pearls over “Let’s go, Brandon,” have done – and are still doing – far worse when it comes to political rhetoric. These unprincipled hypocrites don’t care about vulgarity being directed at the president – they care about vulgarity being directed at their president. So, until they actually do what they’re telling us to do, they can spare us their fake anger. It’s not even close to being believable.
Oh, and let’s go, Brandon!

President Joe Biden is in Glasgow, Scotland today for the United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties. Ahead of the conference, his administration pledged to send the corrupt international organization billions in American tax dollars.
Today, I’m in Glasgow to kick off COP26. Climate change is the challenge of our collective lifetimes — the existential threat to human existence as we know it. And every day we delay, the cost of inaction increases.
Let this be the moment that we answer history’s call.

There is desperation in the waning days of a doomed political campaign. And then there is this Terry McAuliffe train wreck.
From the very start of his quest to return to the Virginia governor’s mansion, Mr. McAuliffe has run a tiresome, entitled and uninspiring campaign. Even his supporters cannot help but notice that he seems old, frumpy and unwell. He gets snippy when challenged — as if the whole effort is beneath him.
But nothing prepared Virginia voters for the sordid spectacle they endured during the final weekend of the campaign.

Youngkin to Newsmax: I Won't Order Vaccine Mandates

While he supports the COVID-19 vaccine and encourages people to be inoculated, Virginia GOP candidate Glenn Youngkin on Newsmax said vaccine mandates will be out of his state if he is elected governor Tuesday night.
"I've been pretty transparent in my view on the vaccine: First of all, personally, I've gotten the vaccine; my family has gotten the vaccine; I have encouraged people who can get the vaccine where it's approved to get it, but I will not mandate the vaccine, and I don't think schools should, particularly for young children," Youngkin told "Dick Morris Democracy" this weekend.
"I think that's a parent's decision, and I believe in parents' rights fundamental rights to make decisions with regard to their children. And, as governor, I'm going to make sure I'm standing up for parents' rights."
Youngkin – who is a candidate in contrast to former Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe running for office again – vows to back parents, freedoms, and Virginians over Democrats' big government, progressive agenda.
