Republican poll monitors in Michigan on Tuesday bolstered President Trump’s claims of widespread election fraud, telling a state Senate committee that they witnessed mysterious truckloads of absentee ballots delivered to a counting center in Detroit and Democratic workers scanning the same ballots multiple times in tabulation machines.

Also on Tuesday, several election whistleblowers, including a contract driver for the U.S. Postal Service, said at a press conference near Washington that hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots disappeared or were backdated and that pro-Trump mail was undelivered in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan.

But even as the witnesses told riveting tales of an election rigged for Democrats, Attorney General William Barr was undercutting the president’s case. Mr. Barr said the Justice Department hasn’t seen evidence of widespread voter fraud that would overturn the presidential election victory of Joseph R. Biden.

ANALYSIS/OPINION:


I have been on the fence. Ever since the election on Nov. 3, I have been on the fence. I am prepared to accept the will of the people, and only in the election of 1960 was there evidence of a presidential election being stolen by either party.

Then, Richard Nixon refused to demand a recall. He explained that demanding a recall was divisive for the country. He has been reviled ever since by the Democrats. They are not only poor losers but also poor winners.

So here I have been sitting on the fence ever since the votes came in on the evening of Nov. 3 or 4 or even 5. Who knows precisely when the election was over? Those votes arriving late can take days to be counted, possibly years.

An appeals court recently ruled that the Trump campaign cannot stop the certification of their election results. Joe Biden won the state by about 2 percent. But Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) is urging the Supreme Court to hear an emergency appeal on a Pennsylvania election challenge, citing concerns about statewide mail-in voting enacted by the state legislature.

Cruz shared the statement on his Twitter page.

Cruz blamed the Democrat Pennsylvania Supreme Court for the change, and argued why it deserves to be analyzed.

We’ve been bringing you a lot of the coverage of the election integrity hearings that are being held.

Some of the testimony has been striking and it’s certainly had an affect on the people who’ve heard the hearings and on the legislators involved. We reported how Republicans in both Arizona and Pennsylvania have made moves to try to do something about pulling back the electors, after the testimony.

Today was a hearing by the Michigan Senate Oversight Committee in Lansing.

They had testimony today from some of the poll watchers and observers of the count at the TCF Center in Michigan. But there was one witness whose testimony was particularly striking because of seeing military ballots that looked all the same like they were “xeroxed,” all for Joe Biden. Not only that, it got worse, she said, because they were all non-registered voters.

Kennards’ Self Storage CEO Sam Kennard has put out a call to arms for Australian businesses to fight back and drop suppliers from China.

The appeal for a united business front comes in the middle of growing diplomatic tensions between Australia and China, and increased tariffs on Aussie exported goods.


Every Australian business should now be reviewing supply contracts. Change and prefer non Chinese made products where possible. We have made this decision.

Mr Kennard said they were only a “modest consumer” of Chinese made goods but were still searching for new suppliers in the wake of China’s tariff war on Aussie made products.

Newt Gingrich, former speaker of the House, has put it out there bluntly that the 2020 election was stolen from President Donald Trump by minions of the left, supporters of socialism, defenders of the Democratic Party — which is to be redundant, i.e., the socialists.

Meanwhile, the more and more analysis comes, the more and more Gingrich shows as right.

This election count has more holes than Swiss cheese. And no number of naysayers in the media can change that.

Presumptive President-elect Joseph R. Biden, sporting a new orthopedic boot, said Tuesday that any COVID-19 relief package the current Congress passes should be considered just a “start.”

Mr. Biden, 78, flashed a thumbs-up and said his foot feels “good.”

He had sustained some hairline fractures during an apparent mishap while playing with his dog over the weekend.

The Georgia saga continues…

On Monday, Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced the state’s opened a whopping 250 investingations probing “credible claims of illegal voting and violation of state election law.”

Brad relayed the news via a press conference, at which he said “dishonest actors” were loading the mediaverse with “massive amounts of misinformation.”

As noted by The Daily Wire, he lamented unnamed agents “exploiting the emotions of many Trump supporters with fantastic claims, half truths, misinformation.”

Could he have been referring to Trump’s legal team?

The orthopedic boot that is likely to hobble presumptive President-elect Joseph R. Biden for a few weeks prompted additional speculation about the health of the 78-year-old man who would become the oldest-ever president on Inauguration Day.

The fractured foot sustained in an apparent weekend misadventure with his dog threatened to dent the carefully crafted image of the former vice president that his campaign team developed during the race.

Mr. Biden’s team went to lengths to adorn him with vitality, making hip aviator sunglasses his hallmark and casting him as an energetic politician whom Americans would barely be able to keep up with.
