White House Left Shocked When Asked If Biden Is 'Corrupt'

A reporter asked National Security Council spokesman John Kirby a question that nearly every American in their right mind could answer. However, he was left speechless.
During a White House press briefing, New York Post reporter Steven Nelson asked Kirby if President Joe Biden is corrupt, leaving him incapable of responding.
"There have been many developments in the House investigations into the first family's international business dealings recently," Nelson said, referring to the GOP-led House Oversight Committee's investigation into the Biden family. "So what do you say to the majority of Americans who believe that the president is himself corrupt?"
"Wow," Kirby said, followed by a long silence.

New Poll After Announcement Reveals Big Concerns for DeSantis

Former President Donald Trump has had a substantial lead in the polls for the GOP primary for some time now, as a slew of people have jumped into the race to challenge him. As I noted ten days ago in looking at the Harvard Harris poll, that not only had Trump up, but it also showed him beating Joe Biden or Kamala Harris, the American people thinking Biden was not mentally fit and rejecting a lot of the Democratic narratives.
That was before the announcement by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis. As I said at the time, I thought his use of Twitter Spaces was a great nod to new media, but unfortunately was filled with technological problems, so that became the media takeaway. Of course, it beat the heck out of Joe Biden’s announcement, a pre-recorded video released when everyone, probably including him, was asleep.
So what do the polls look like in the wake of DeSantis’ announcement on May 24? I will make the obligatory statement I make for every poll at this point: there’s still a long time until primary ballots are cast.

Comer Gets Big Admission on Biden 'Bribery' Form, Action on FBI Complying With Subpoena

House Oversight Chair James Comer (R-KY) and Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) were set to have a conversation today about that FD-1023 form that reveals an alleged bribery scheme from when Joe Biden was vice president, something where Biden was given money in exchange for policy decisions, according to a whistleblower who has seen the FBI form.
Comer has been trying to get the form from the FBI and had served them with a subpoena requiring them to turn it over by May 10. FBI Director Christopher Wray did not comply. Instead, the agency tried to blow smoke at Congress and say that this was opening discussions to talk about the issue. Both Comer and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) weren’t buying that malarkey, and said they had to comply or Wray would face a contempt charge; They gave them till May 30 to comply. Comer said they would start the process for contempt proceedings after the FBI blew the adjusted deadline.
Now, reports are out as to what was said on the call, that Wray told Comer and Grassley that they would be able to review the document in a secure setting.
