Senator Kennedy Has Some Words About Socialists Posing as Democrats

Last night during the second 2020 Democrat debate in Detroit, the divide between so-called "moderate" Democrats and the socialists in the party was on full display.
But Republican Senator John Kennedy is warning voters shouldn't be fooled by alleged distinctions between the two and is painting the entire 2020 field as solidly in the socialist camp.
"I'm not buying the story line of progressives vs moderates. I would remind you that the lesser of two socialists is still a socialist, and what I heard last night, even from so-called less liberal candidates, and I’m not impugning their integrity, but even from the less liberal candidates, I heard a job-killing, soul-crushing socialist agenda. The only thing missing was the Cuban national anthem,” Kennedy said Wednesday morning during an interview with Fox News. "Same old stuff. Socialism, illegal immigration, abortion, socialized medicine or moral goods, free enterprise, border security, sanctity of life, you're on the job health insurance those are all moral bads and at the rate my Democratic friends are going, the American people are going to have a very stark choice at the end of this election. It's going to be growth vs redistribution. It's going to be do you believe in freedom or more free stuff? And my Democratic friends want to pay for that more free stuff out of your bank account."

Mongolia's gift of horse named 'Victory' to Trump's son Barron sends a message to China and Russia

It’s not every day that a 13-year-old boy is given a horse that doubles as a warning to China and Russia, but such is life in the White House.
The government of Mongolia has bestowed a horse on President Trump’s son Barron, a friendly gesture from a landlocked country ringed by Russia and China. Trump, who is hosting Mongolian president Khaltmaa Battulga at the White House Wednesday amid a series of disputes with China, made the most of the moment. He saw a picture of the steed and declared the animal "beautiful."
“The first family is very grateful to Mongolia for this time-honored traditional gift,” White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham told the Washington Examiner. “The horse has been named ‘Victory’ and will remain in Mongolia.”
That name points to the strategic significance of the relationship between the United States and Mongolia. The location of the country could make it a valuable outpost for U.S. intelligence operations in northeast Asia, a senior administration official suggested prior to Trump’s meeting with Battulga, a business mogul and a former judo champion. The meeting is a clear warning to China and Russia that the U.S. has friends in their backyard.
“It's a very traditional, symbolic way of recognizing the importance of the relationship,” the Heritage Foundation’s Anthony Kim, an expert in international economics, told the Washington Examiner of the gift horse. “That signal goes to Beijing.”

FBI agents went to James Comey's house and retrieved as "evidence" a secret, previously unreported memo he drafted the night before the agents arrived, well after he was fired as FBI Director, according to bureau documents released Wednesday in response to a Freedom of Information Act request by the transparency group Judicial Watch.
Additionally, Comey told agents "spontaneously" that, to "the best of his recollection, two [memos] were missing," according to the documents.
A source familiar with the probe has confirmed to Fox News that the DOJ Inspector General's office has been reviewing whether Comey's memos improperly contained classified information, among other matters.
Comey was fired on May 9, 2017, and on the morning of June 7, an FBI evidence log showed that he handed the agents three memos comprised of one or two pages, dated February 14, 2017; March 30, 2017; and April 11, 2017. Comey also provided one four-page memo dated “last night at 6:30 pm."

A powerful Chinese billionaire has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges that he evaded nearly $2 billion in tariffs as part of a conspiracy to smuggle massive quantities of aluminum into the U.S.
The indictment, which was reached in May but not unsealed until this week, accuses Liu Zhongtian, founder of Chinese aluminum giant China Zhongwang Holdings Inc., of conspiring to defraud the U.S. through a sprawling scheme spanning the company’s headquarters in Liaoning, China, ports in Los Angeles and a remote desert in Mexico. It alleges that the scheme began in 2008 and has continued to the present day.
Prosecutors said they believe it is one of the largest tariff-related cases ever brought by the Justice Department. The indictment comes as negotiations between the Trump administration and China over their ongoing trade dispute resumed this week after weeks of recriminations.

Notes of common sense at debate, but will the Democrats listen?

If Tuesday night’s debate had taken place six months ago, the questions and answers would have been dominated by Russia, Russia, Russia. But with the accusations that President Trump was a traitor exposed for the hoax they always were, the left had to come up with a new slogan. Enter racist, racist, racist.
Democrats and their media handmaidens apparently insist that their team march to a one-word mantra of six letters that begins with an “r.” That way they can turn on a dime and nobody will really notice. Brilliant!
Except that people notice because repeatedly calling the president a racist is obviously a fig leaf designed to hide a lack of substantive arguments. Even the partisan audience in Detroit didn’t seem impressed with the name-calling, perhaps because it was coming from 10 white candidates.

In Hong Kong, a few protesters are rallying to a flag — the American flag.
Since starting their demonstrations seven weeks ago against a controversial extradition bill that threatened to undermine the city-state’s democracy, the protesters in Hong Kong have raised many different flags to represent their cause. Often times those are variants of the flag of the city-state — a stylized, white five-petal flower from the Hong Kong orchid tree on a red background. One commonly used variant is the same flag but with wilted petals behind a black background, threatening imagery of democracy under attack.
But on rare occasions, the protesters raised the Star-Spangled Banner while marching through the streets of Hong Kong.

The first whistleblower law was unanimously passed by the Continental Congress on July 30, 1778. It stated in part “that it is the duty of all persons in the service of the United States, as well as all other inhabitants thereof, to give the earliest information of wrongdoing to Congress or other proper authority of misconduct, frauds or misdemeanors committed by any officers or persons in the service of these states, which may come to their knowledge.”
Even at the founding of this nation, the importance of whistleblowers was clear. Since then, oversight has remained one of the most important responsibilities of the legislative branch. The Constitution requires it. The public also has a right to know what their government is doing and how it’s spending their tax dollars. Without oversight, members of Congress can’t legislate in the best interests of their constituents or ensure the government is accountable to taxpayers. Whistleblowers play a critical part in Congress’s oversight efforts. They courageously raise their hands and disclose waste, fraud, abuse, mismanagement, and all sorts of misconduct.

Earlier this year, I introduced a resolution designating July 30, 2019, as National Whistleblower Appreciation Day, as I’ve done for the last several years. Whistleblowers’ contributions to our country often go unnoticed and underappreciated. However, they’re significant in helping Congress root out misconduct in the federal government and protect taxpayer dollars. I, along with my congressional colleagues and the American public, owe a debt of gratitude to our fellow citizens who are willing to stand up for what’s right despite the personal consequences they may face. Their efforts should never be overlooked or taken for granted.

Kính thưa Tổng thống,
Đây là bức thư ngỏ thứ tư tôi viết kính gửi Tổng thống để nói lên nỗi ưu tư của một người bị mất nước vào tay Cộng sản. Tôi tưởng rằng bỏ nước ra đi, đến sống ở một đất nước có truyền thống dân chủ lâu đời thì được bình an, thế nhưng vẫn còn bị những con quỷ quấy nhiễu.
Con Quỷ đó là Chủ Nghĩa Cộng Sản.
Tôi biết Tổng thống là người yêu nước, luôn luôn đặt quyền lợi Quốc Gia trên hết, nên không đời nào Tổng thống để cho ngoại bang làm bất cứ điều thiệt hại đến quyền lợi và danh dự Nước Mỹ.
Tôi lại biết Tổng thống là người có Đức Tin Thiên Chúa thì không đời nào chấp nhận Chủ Nghĩa Xã Hội, cái chủ nghĩa tàn ác, phi nhân chỉ mang lại nghèo đói, bất công, tham nhũng, độc tài, thối nát, bạo lực.
Sở dĩ Tổng thống bị Quỷ chống dữ dội, vì Tổng thống đã ngăn cản những con Quỷ muốn đẩy nhân dân Mỹ và toàn nhân loại xuống địa ngục. Người Việt Nam chúng tôi đã bị đẩy xuống địa ngục, nên phải nương thân vào nước Mỹ.
Tôi là người có tín ngưỡng Phật giáo, nhưng tôi cảm tạ Thiên Chúa, vì đất nước này được dựng lên bởi những người con tin tưởng Thiên Chúa (In God We Trust) mà vẫn bao dung đón nhận những người khác tôn giáo đến nương thân. Nhưng trong đám người nương thân này, lại có những con quỷ bám theo để làm ô nhục nòi giống Việt chúng tôi !
Thật là may mắn! Nước Mỹ đã được Chúa thương xót, đã ra tay giúp cho một người yêu nước và giàu nghị lực như Tổng thống giành được quyền lực nhằm thanh tẩy bọn phản bội ra khỏi vũng lầy (swamp) làm cho cả nước Xuống Hố Cả Nút.
Vừa rồi, tôi có một bài viết dự đoán tương lai nước Mỹ dựa trên sự đồng dạng với nước Việt Nam. Người dân Việt Nam không còn được sống như một Con Người, bởi vì nước Việt Nam bị quỷ ám. Con quỷ đó là Cộng Sản ẩn nấp dưới một danh từ hoa mỹ “Xã Hội Chủ Nghĩa” với những hứa hẹn Thiên Đàng mà thực tế là một Địa Ngục trần gian. Nước Mỹ cũng đang bị quỷ ám, thì trước sau gì người dân nước Mỹ cũng sẽ bị sống một cuộc sống không bằng Con Vật như dân tộc Việt Nam !
Bất cứ một người Mỹ gốc Việt Nam yêu nước Mỹ và yêu Quê Mẹ đều nhìn thấy rõ đảng Dân Chủ rất giống đảng Cộng Sản về mọi tính chất: Đạo đức giả, lưu manh, điêu ngoa, bạo hành và hạ cấp (vô giáo dục).
Lãnh đạo đảng Dân Chủ làm bộ thương xót số phận người Da Đen nghèo khổ mà người Da Đen không biết đó là chiêu bài hốt phiếu. Bởi vì khi đảng Dân Chủ cầm quyền thì đời sống vật chất của người Da Đen khốn khó hơn, thất nghiệp nhiều hơn, phạm tội ác nhiều hơn.
Bán Uranium cho Nga để ăn tiền hoa hồng 150 triệu đô-la. Mang tiền cho Iran, nước bảo trợ khủng bố và gọi nước Mỹ là Đế Quốc Ma Quỷ (Satan), trong khi đó đảng Dân Chủ giàn dựng một vở kịch hết sức tinh vi để vu cho Tổng thống thông đồng với Nga. Nếu nước Mỹ không bị quỷ ám thì làm gì có hiện tượng những thành phần lãnh đạo Bộ Tư pháp, FBI, CIA đều làm tay sai cho Obama, một nhà lãnh đạo nhất quyết phủ nhận Hoa Kỳ không phải là một Quốc gia Thiên Chúa?
Mối nguy cơ lớn nhất cho nước Mỹ là cái bọn truyền thông bất lương thông đồng với Quỷ để làm hại nước Mỹ. Bọn truyền thông bất lương không hề đề cập đến những thành quả kinh tế và uy thế ngoại giao của Tổng thống; mà chỉ phịa ra những tin tức xấu nhằm bôi nhọ Tổng thống. Do đó, cuộc bầu cử Quốc Hội giữa kỳ năm 2018, đảng Cộng Hòa đã mất nắm đa số ở Hạ Viện. Người dân, dù là dân Mỹ có truyền thống dân chủ lâu đời, nhưng vẫn bị sự tẩy não như người dân lạc hậu ở các nước chậm tiến.

Có một điều làm cho tôi suy nghĩ bấy lâu nay, không dám nói ra, vì nó liên quan đến vấn đề chủng tộc. Tổng thống có người con rể gốc Do Thái. Vừa đắc cử, Tổng thống liền thực hiện cam kết dời Tòa Đại sứ Mỹ từ Tel Avis về Jerusalem mà các vị tiền nhiệm từ Bill Clinton đến George W. Bush, Barack Obama không dám thực hiện, mặc dù lưỡng viện Quốc Hội đã ra Nghị quyết từ ngày 8 tháng 11 năm 1995. Ngoài ra, Tổng thống cam kết bảo vệ nước Do Thái trước mối đe dọa của Iran. Đáng lý ra, người Mỹ có gốc Do Thái phải ủng hộ Tổng thống. Nhưng tại sao những chính trị gia trong đảng Dân Chủ như Nghị sĩ Chuck Schumer, Richard Blumenthal, Dân biều Adam Schiff, Jerry Nadler đều là người Mỹ gốc Do Thái và chủ của tờ báo New York Times, Washington Post đều là Do Thái lại cầu kết nhau để chống phá Tổng thống dữ dội ?
Việt Nam Cộng Hòa mất vào tay Việt Cộng vì những kẻ phản bội được sống trong một xã hội tương đối có tự do dân chủ hơn hẳn Miền Bắc. Nay tôi quan sát thấy những nhà chính trị và truyền thông gốc Do Thái có thế lực chống lại vị Tổng thống dám dời Tòa Đại sứ về Jerusalem trước sự chống đối của Khối Hồi giáo Ả rập, cam kết bảo vệ nước Do Thái bằng mọi giá thì với sự phản bội của người gốc Do Thái, làm sao nước Mỹ không sụp đổ? Tôi lo lắng nước Mỹ sụp đổ thì toàn thế giới sẽ bị Trung Cộng thống trị.
Mới đây bốn nữ Dân biểu ở Hạ Viện mà Tổng thống gọi là Squad và người Việt Chống Cộng gọi là Tứ Quái Nặc Nô, có những lời lẽ chống Tổng thống và chống Do Thái dữ dội không kém, thì tôi không rõ những Nghị sĩ, Dân biểu, truyền thông gốc Do Thái đứng về phía nào? Về phía cực tả của đảng Dân Chủ, nước Mỹ sẽ sụp đổ là cái chắc!
Tôi hoàn toàn đồng ý với lời tuyên bố đối với Tứ Quái Nặc Nô rằng nếu không thể yêu nước Mỹ thì hãy rời nước Mỹ, hãy về cái xứ sở mà tụi bay muốn xây dựng theo khuôn mẫu tụi bay. Tôi cũng nói với những thằng, những con mang danh tị nạn cộng sản mà lại làm tay sai cho Việt Cộng hãy cút khỏi xứ sở này.
Việt Cộng lợi dụng chính sách tôn trọng Tôn giáo của Mỹ, chúng đã xuất cảng những tên Công An đội lốt nhà tu hoạt động thoải mái trong các Chùa. Những tên Thầy Chùa này đang lôi kéo quần chúng Việt Nam ngu dốt để hoàn thành mối Họa Da Vàng mà Trung Cộng đang thể hiện.
Tôi đang mang nỗi ước mong như bà Thái Anh Văn – Nữ Tổng thống Đài Loan – muốn nước Mỹ giàu mạnh, không giống như Tổng thống Barack Hussein Obama chui sau đuôi máy bay một cách hèn hạ, để chống lại sự thôn tính của Trung Cộng. Tôi thật sự xấu hổ vì những thằng Việt Cộng mệnh danh lãnh tụ mà không đáng xách dép cho bà Thái Anh Văn. Rồi tôi cũng cảm thấy xấu hổ vì những thằng, những con lãnh tụ đảng Dân Chủ chỉ có mỗi một mục đích truất phế Tổng thống. Tôi đánh giá bọn này là một bè lũ bán nước, giống như bọn trí thức phản bội chế độ Tự Do của Việt Nam Cộng Hòa.
Lâu nay tôi viết bài kêu gọi những công dân Mỹ gốc Việt ủng hộ Tổng thống để Tổng thống đắc cử thêm một nhiệm kỳ để có đủ thời giờ triệt hạ cái bọn phản quốc, tức là bọn nội thù, đang đẩy nước Mỹ vào con đường Xã Hội Chủ Nghĩa như Trung Cộng mong muốn.
Tuy gốc là một Phật tử, tôi không còn đến Chùa vì không muốn nhìn bọn Công An Việt Cộng đội lốt Thày Tu thuyết giảng giáo lý chia rẽ dân tộc. Cho nên, hằng đêm tôi cầu nguyện Thiên Chúa giúp sức Tổng thống – một người con Chúa – chiến thắng bọn yêu tinh, ma quỷ để nhân loại không bị rơi vào Hỏa Ngục.

Capital One announces massive data breach
Breach exposed information on more than 100 million credit card customers and applicants.
Capital One Financial Corp., the fifth-largest U.S. credit-card issuer, said Monday that a hacker accessed the personal information of approximately 106 million card customers and applicants, one of the largest ever data breaches of a big bank.
The announcement came the same day the alleged hacker, Paige A. Thompson, was arrested by federal agents in Seattle.
The bulk of the exposed data involves information submitted by customers and small businesses in their applications for Capital One credit cards from 2005 through early 2019, the bank said. The information included addresses, dates of birth and self-reported income.

The breach compromised approximately 140,000 Social Security numbers and 80,000 bank account numbers, as well as some customers’ credit scores and transaction data, according to the bank.

Britain went separate ways with its European allies on Monday by courting U.S. involvement in a proposed European maritime task force for defending ships in the Strait of Hormuz from Iranian attacks.
The new approach might be Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s first signal that his new government will align with the United States over Europe as Britain responds to Iran’s seizure of a British-flagged ship two weeks ago. The re-alignment is sure to cause friction with Britain's European partners who insist the United States must stay out of Europe’s response to Iran’s actions.
The unexpected shift in policy came on Monday when the new Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab argued that U.S. participation is necessary for the success of a European task force in the middle east.
“I think we do want to see a European-led approach, but that doesn’t seem to me to be viable without American support as well,” Raab told The Times.

A top Republican investigator said accountability is coming for any of those individuals who may have committed crimes during the Trump-Russia investigation.
With the Justice Department conducting a review of that operation, Rep. John Ratcliffe said during a Fox News interview Sunday that he trusts Attorney General William Barr and Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz to provide answers.
And while Ratcliffe said he does not want to prematurely accuse any specific person of a crime — as Democrats have done with President Trump — he stressed that it is clear crimes were committed by people during the Obama administration, including government officials.
“I think the first thing we need to do is make sure we don’t do what the Democrats have done," the Texas Republican told host Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Morning Futures. "They accused Donald Trump of a crime and then they try and reverse engineer a process to justify that accusation. So I’m not going to accuse any specific person of any specific crime, I just want there to be a fair process to get there. What I do know as a former federal prosecutor is that it does appear that there were crimes committed during the Obama administration.”

Dems refuse to help fix border crisis because bashing Trump is more fun

Now that Democrats have stopped calling the untenable situation at America’s southern border a “manufactured crisis” and recognized it as a “humanitarian crisis,” perhaps a bipartisan solution can be found to at least one aspect of the problem: the continuing flow of unaccompanied children across the border.
But we shouldn’t hold our breath. The left — activists, the media and Dem politicians — are more interested in badgering the Trump administration than solving the crisis.
On Thursday, Brian S. Hastings, chief of law-enforcement operations at Customs and Border Protection, testified before the House Judiciary Committee.
“While many factors drive illegal migration,” he said, “the rise in migration is, in part, a consequence of the gaps created by layers of laws, judicial rulings and policies related to the treatment of minors. Unfortunately, this well-intentioned mosaic of legal requirements helped create the conditions underlying the humanitarian crisis at our southwest border today by providing clear incentives to attempt to cross our southwest border illegally, with a child.”

President Trump said on Friday that he would not grant Apple waivers on tariffs for Mac Pro parts the tech giants produced in China.
Trump wrote that Apple would not face tariffs if it made its products solely in the U.S.

Former special counsel Robert Mueller was a 'terrible leading man' for the 'movie version' of the Mueller report which Democrats hoped would transform public opinion, says Fox News media analyst Howard Kurtz, host of 'Media Buzz.'
In 1969, psychiatrist Elisabeth Kübler-Ross wrote that there are five stages of grief: denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. Fifty years later, anti-Trump journalists have been experiencing the first four simultaneously since Wednesday, when former Special Counsel Robert Mueller testified before two House committees.
The Trump-hating media can’t come to terms with the final stage – acceptance of their grief. And that will elude them even if President Trump is reelected and stays in the White House until 2025.
Journalists wrote and broadcast countless stories saying Hillary Clinton would defeat Trump in the 2016 presidential election. Many have never been able to accept Trump’s victory. They were counting on Mueller to overturn the election results by giving Congress clear and convincing evidence that would lead to Trump’s impeachment and removal from office.

President Trump won two victories on his border agenda Friday, with the Supreme Court allowing the use of military funds to expand the barrier on the Mexican border while Guatemala agreed to serve as gatekeeper for asylum seekers trying to get to the U.S.
In a 5-4 decision, the justices of the U.S. high court said President Trump can shift about $2.5 billion in military funds to construct an additional 100 miles of wall at the U.S.-Mexico border in an effort to seal off the U.S. from illegal immigration.

The Robert Mueller hearings marked a new low for Democrats

Democrats were hoping for Eliot Ness. Instead, Robert Mueller was their Grandpa Simpson — feeble, forgetful, confused. Far from hurling thunderbolts at the White House, he seemed like a guy who would need to pause for a few seconds if called upon to distinguish his ass from his elbow. As James Freeman, resident wit of The Wall Street Journal, asked, “Did Robert Mueller read the Mueller Report?”
Hopes could hardly have been higher for Mueller, the mighty matinee idol of justice who was going to rid the nation of Donald Trump. That this would result in the elevation of Mike Pence, who if anything is even more hated by liberals than the boss (at least Trump isn’t religious), seems not to have occurred to anyone. If Trump somehow was able to cancel the coronation of Queen Pantsuit, it must have been a crime and it had to be punished. This was the Dem Dream that would not die.
How short of expectations did Mueller fall? His appearance was the Al Capone’s Vault of political news. Just a few months ago this is how liberals saw him: “Bob Mueller may as well have been Elijah, the prophet for whom Jews reserve an empty chair and cup, whose coming symbolizes the answers to all the world’s remaining questions,” read a dispatch from the Washington dinner-party scene in the Washingtonian. Vogue called him “America’s newest crush.” Portland Monthly said “the hottest gift this holiday season” was a Robert Mueller devotional candle. Old people lamented, with their dying breaths, that the thing they really minded was not getting to hear from Mueller.

WASHINGTON—President Trump ramped up his attacks on China and the world trading system, threatening Friday to have the U.S. unilaterally revoke the special breaks global rules grant to nations that call themselves developing countries.
The move, coming on the eve of a new round of U.S.-China trade talks in Shanghai, appears aimed at pressuring Beijing to commit to new specific measures to buy more U.S. goods and further liberalize its market for foreign companies.
