Families of Dead Marines Blast Biden for Checking His Watch Multiple Times During Dover Meeting

We reported about Joe Biden going to the dignified transfer ceremony at Dover Air Base for the 13 troops who were killed in the suicide bombing attack at the Kabul Airport, and how the meeting with one family member, the wife of Rylee McCollum, did not go well.
Even before the ceremony, the families were making their feelings with Biden known as we said, including with Rylee McCollum’s mother calling into a radio program and calling him a “dementia-ridden piece of crap.”
Now, there’s more detail on that on the reaction of some of the other families to their experiences after meeting with Biden and it isn’t good.
Rylee McCollum’s sister, Roice McCollum, had previously said that they felt the remarks from Biden were scripted and shallow. Now she further said Biden kept checking his watch, which we reported at the time.

“He cannot possibly understand,” Roice said. “My dad and I did not want to speak to him. You cannot kneel on our flag and pretend you care about our troops. You can’t f— up as bad as he did and say you’re sorry. This did not need to happen, and every life is on his hands. The thousands of Afghans who will suffer and be tortured is a direct result of his incompetence.”

Colorado Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert said both President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris should be impeached during the House Freedom Caucus press conference held Tuesday.
“The blame starts at the top with Biden and his hand-picked Vice President who bragged that she was right there making the same bad decisions. And if not for her own dereliction of duty, she should be impeached for not demanding we invoke the 25th amendment. It is time for action. Impeach Biden. Impeach Kamala Harris,” Boebert said at the press conference.
“And throw in the Secretary of State if you can get him back from vacation. Take a vote to vacate the chair to get Nancy Pelosi the heck out of here,” Boebert added.

Much has been made of the artificial deadline President Joe Biden foolishly set for evacuating Afghanistan. Frankly, the deadline is irrelevant because long before the deadline arrived, the president had already folded and, as a result, the killing of Americans had already started. On Saturday, Aug. 28, 13 flag-draped coffins arrived at Dover Air Force Base. No one from the White House met the aircraft.
These 13 won't be the last. Americans will be left behind and will be killed.
For several weeks, brave, exhausted Americans -- all volunteers -- have been working without rest to get hundreds of pre-manifested men, women and children into Hamid Karzai International Airport for evacuation from Afghanistan. Volunteers have been doing what an incompetent political and military establishment could and should have been doing. All of the chaos and deaths could have been prevented had there been leadership.

“Decider” George W. Bush handily defeated two Democrats — even though he was widely despised and mocked by the MSM — because he won another more important contest: Who would you rather have a beer with? More Americans preferred the one-time party boy than Al “Lock Box” Gore and John “Flip Flop” Kerry. Donald Trump enjoyed the same huge edge over Hillary “Cough Cough” Clinton.

This last week has been really tough on old addled-brained Joe. Amid the worst pullout of U.S. troops in history — which resulted in the deaths of 13 American service members and left hundreds of U.S. citizens stranded in the country — Mr. Biden was forced to face reporters and, to put it mildly, he did not fare well.
Mr. Biden finally addressed the nation in a rambling speech after holing up in the White House all day as Kabul fell. In the end, he did what all presidents must do: Take questions from the Fourth Estate. But how he did was truly bizarre.
“Ladies and gentlemen, they gave me a list here,” Biden said. “The first person I was instructed to call on Kelly O’Donnell of NBC.”
So many questions. Who are “they?” And who “instructed” him? (Afterward, Fox News’s Greg Gutfeld quipped: “Who instructed him? Was that also the Taliban?”).

“The answer is no.” That was the response, on August 24, of Taliban spokesman Suhail Shaheen to a Sky News reporter who asked if the United States might be permitted more time to evacuate American civilians and their allies from Afghanistan.
Defense Department press secretary John Kirby responded: “I think we all understand that view.” Let’s be clear: Dr. Shaheen (as Sky News respectfully refers to him) was not expressing a view. He was issuing an edict to the United States of America.
A few days later, Islamic State terrorists launched an attack at the Kabul airport that killed 13 American troops and nearly 200 Afghan civilians. Perhaps Taliban leaders had thought: “If a few Islamic State fighters should slip through our checkpoints, Americans will be reminded that their time here is up.”

Mother of Fallen Marine Blasts Instagram for Deleting Her Account

The mother of a fallen Marine, Shana Chappell, whose son died in a suicide bombing attack at the Kabul International Airport, had her Instagram account deleted, only to see it reactivated on Monday night.
Instagram apologized following the deletion, saying in an email that it was an "error," according to the Washington Examiner. "We express our deepest condolences to Ms. Chappell and her family," the Facebook-owned company added. "Her tribute to her heroic son does not violate any of our policies."
Lance Cpl. Kareem Nikoui, 20, was killed last week, along with 12 other service members, during a suicide bombing attack. Nikoui was standing outside the Kabul International Airport gates talking to Afghans during the attack.
After the attack, Chappell, Nikoui's mother, took to social media, calling out President Joe Biden for his troop withdrawal policies.

Rep. Jackie Walorski, R-Ind., has called for President Joe Biden to resign.
Appearing Monday on Newsmax's "The Chris Salcedo Show," Walorski declared that Biden was unfit for office after the chaotic U.S. withdrawal from Kabul.
She said that Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi ''will never enforce it, but I think a lot of folks in my district — the phone calls I'm getting.— is that Joe Biden should resign.".
"You know, here's what I think. There's places for questions, and ... [for] beefs to be made, but I think that just reinforces my point, that the president, the commander in chief, that's where the accountability should start. That's where the accountability should move. You know, I've called for his resignation and his whole national security team. I think they should all go." Walorski said.
The congresswoman said that Biden had been hasty in calling for U.S. forces to pull out of Afghanistan, resulting in the Taliban's takeover of the entire country. The militant group has since procured vast stockpiles of American military equipment.

‘There Must Be Accountability’: 90 Retired Flag Officers Call On Austin, Milley To Resign Immediately

Nearly 90 retired generals and admirals signed a letter Monday calling for Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Mark Milley to resign over their roles surrounding the chaotic U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan.
The retired flag officers argued that as principal military advisors to President Joe Biden, Austin and Milley “should have recommended against this dangerous withdrawal in the strongest possible terms.”
“If they did not do everything within their authority to stop the hasty withdrawal, they should resign,” they wrote. “Conversely, if they did do everything within their ability to persuade the [president] to not hastily exit the country without ensuring the safety of our citizens and Afghans loyal to America, then they should have resigned in protest as a matter of conscience and public statement.”
“A fundamental principle in the military is holding those in charge responsible and accountable for their actions or inactions. There must be accountability at all levels for this tragic and avoidable debacle,” the letter further read.

No American civilians were on the final five military flights out of Afghanistan before Biden’s Aug. 31 deadline expired, Gen. Kenneth McKenzie said at a press conference Monday afternoon: “No American citizens came out on the last, what we call the joint tactical exfiltration, the last five jets to leave. We maintained the ability to bring them in up until immediately before departure, but we were not able to bring any Americans out.”

Almost weeping, he pressed his face into his hands and closed his eyes.

As I’ve watched the events of the past few weeks – and thought about the nature of Joe Biden’s young presidency – I began to ask myself: How much more of this can we take?
In just seven months, President Biden has overseen a remarkable number of complete blunders. To make sense of them all and consider how to overcome them, I decided to list them. Of course, it would take months of time and writing to list all the errors Mr. Biden has made in his 48 years in politics, so I decided to start at his inauguration in January. These are roughly in chronological order. It seemed impossible to rank them as so many of them could have lasting, unforeseeable consequences.
1. Bipartisan Baloney: As I write in my upcoming book, “Beyond Biden,” which will be released on Nov. 2, the first major mistake Mr. Biden made was immediately failing to live up to the pledges he made in his inaugural address. In his inaugural address, Mr. Biden said: “Today, on this January day, my whole soul is in this: Bringing America together. Uniting our people. And uniting our nation.”
Had Mr. Biden actually led from the center as a bipartisan president, he would have quickly formed a strong coalition in Washington and built a strong majority. But he didn’t. On day one in office, Mr. Biden signed 17 executive orders, most highly partisan, with nine being direct reversals of popular, effective policies set by the previous administration. Mr. Biden’s day-one action message to a deeply divided America was that talk of bipartisanship was pure baloney.

Americans give President Biden poor remarks on his handling of Afghanistan and more than eight in 10 want U.S. troops to stay until all Americans have been evacuated from the volatile nation — even as the president sticks to his Tuesday deadline for getting out, according to a poll released Monday.
The ABC News/Ipsos poll finds 59% of Americans disapprove of Mr. Biden’s handling of Afghanistan, while only 38% approve.
The withdrawal after 20 years of war has been marked by chaos, with frantic efforts to pull U.S. citizens and qualifying Afghans from Kabul. A terror attack last Thursday killed 13 U.S. troops.

Trump: Demand US Equipment From Taliban or Bomb it

Former President Donald Trump said on Monday that the U.S. should demand that all of their equipment back from the Taliban, “or at least bomb the hell out of it,” in a statement emailed to supporters.
“Never in history has a withdrawal from war been handled so badly or incompetently as the Biden Administration’s withdrawal from Afghanistan,” Trump said. “In addition to the obvious, ALL EQUIPMENT should be demanded to be immediately returned to the U.S., and that includes every penny of the $85 billion dollars (sic) in cost. If it is not handed back, we should either go in with unequivocal Military force and get it, or at least bomb the hell out of it. Nobody ever thought such stupidity, as this feeble-brained withdrawal, was possible!”
According to reports, billions of dollars worth of weapons and equipment have fallen into the hands of the Taliban since the group swept through the country. White House national security adviser Jake Sullivan said earlier this month that “We don't have a complete picture, obviously, of where every article of defense materials has gone, but certainly a fair amount of it has fallen into the hands of the Taliban. And obviously, we don't have a sense that they are going to readily hand it over to us at the airport.”

Last week, President Joe Biden hosted Israel’s new Prime Minister Naftali Bennet, doing so on the heels of the tragedy in Kabul, Afghanistan.
Those events left 13 U.S. Marines killed in action and scores of U.S. civilians and innocent Afghans dead due to a suicide bombing.
This writer wishes to offer his heartfelt condolences to the families of the 13 U.S. Marines who were murdered in Kabul.
I will continue to keep our wounded in my prayers.

Peace Through Strength
President Biden would be wise to take a page out of President Donald J. Trump’s policy of "Peace Through Strength."
America's 45th commander in chief knew that terrorists only comply with one type of approach; strength.
He well knew that terrorists exploit weakness and that is why he always backed up his words with strong actions.
Mr. Trump also knew when we draw a red line in the sand and the enemy crosses that red line, we must hit them — with all of our might.
Unfortunately, Biden has taken a soft approach in dealing with Tehran's mullahs; because of this genuinely flawed approach, America's allies and our assets in the region remain in harm's way and are now dead.

Commander in Chief Joe Biden, along with top military brass and White House officials, must be called to account for their roles in the disastrous Afghan withdrawal debacle that has tragically jeapordized U.S. and global security.
Key among these derelictions of responsibility are failures to heed warnings that hasty U.S. troop withdrawal would lead to rapid collapse of Afghan government forces; failure to coordinate plans with NATO partners; failure to secure critical evacuation routes and facilities; failures to keep armaments and munitions from falling into hostile Taliban, al Qaeda and ISIS hands; and failures to maintain future monitoring of mounting American terrorist threats in the region.
A Culpable Lack of Coordinated Planning
Any responsible president and commander in chief contemplating such a consequential foreign policy decision and military actions would have tasked a top-level defense department and intelligence agency fact-finding and planning advisory group to address comprehensive issues, strategic priorities and requirements, risk-benefits and contingency ramifications.

Mark Morgan to Newsmax: Quickly Bringing Afghan Refugees into US a Concern

Afghan refugees are being moved quickly into the United States and that brings concerns over whether they're being properly vetted, former Border Patrol Commissioner Mark Morgan told Newsmax Saturday.
"Having been in the government for a long time, I've been in operations where the goal was to do something fast, and I guarantee when you do that, something falls through the cracks," Morgan, now a Newsmax contributor, said on "The Count."
"I don't think we should be doing that in this situation where we're actually talking people from a complete failed terrorist state, that is going to be an operating base for terrorists."
